Many of our customers are keen, like us, to learn more about wine, but don't have our opportunities, though from time to time we are able to organize tastings for small groups. We also train the staff of some of our retailing customers, to share our enthusiasm and so that they can provide knowledgeable service when selling Bubble Brothers' wines. I've just found out about the wine courses offered by Tom Quinn, who has plenty of experience, as you can see from the Winecourse.ie website, and who helpfully, like the Wine and Spirit Education Trust , provides his service in cities other than Dublin. So hooray. There'll be more informed wine-drinkers around the country, and I can pass on enquiries to Tom when we are unable to fit a session into our lively schedule.
