Domaine Fleury in the Côte des Bar is one of the most celebrated producers of organic and biodynamic champagne.
Jean-Pierre Fleury, who took over as head of the family domaine in 1970, gradually introduced biodynamic methods before managing all fifteen hectares of vines biodynamically from 1992 onwards.
Three of his children: Morgane, Jean-Sébastien and Benoît now oversee the running and continuing development of this pioneering champagne house.
