Michel Sauvion made the decision in 1997 to grow organically, and the wines of Domaine de la Fessardière have enjoyed organic status ever since.
Jérôme et Emeline, present owners of the estate, met M. Sauvion in 2014 and have developed their own range of organic Muscadet Sèvre et Maine wines.
