Clos La Coutale has a hundred hectares of sheltered vines, and thanks to six generations of knowledge and skill produces wines of the highest quality, vintage after vintage. Philippe Bernède began the conversion of Clos la Coutale to organic methods in 2019. Today, his son Sébastien, who took the reins in 2021, is co-president of the Cahors appellation, and with his partner Jeannette Segrestin is working with the diverse soils of the estate to reveal new energies and a bright future for Cahors wines.
