URRU Mallow photos
I paid a flying visit to the new URRU in Mallow in the hope of getting some shots of the Bubble Brothers crew in action, but they hadn't arrived by the time I had to leave. Things were pretty lively, with a preponderance of ladies-who-lunch types scrutinizing and consuming in equal measure. I just took a couple of snaps (one-handed, baby in arms) but we had a chat with (and a ½-choc each from) Benoit Lorge, chocolatemeister from Kenmare, and Declan Ryan of Arbutus Breads, whose instructions to his team the previous night to bake a little bit of cinema had been fully met, as you may be able to see.
