Supper by the Fountain · Cork on a Fork Fest 2025

A collaborative menu by Cork city chefs Pamela Kelly, Aishling Moore, and Harrison Sharpe, paired with exceptional wines—what a celebration!
This inaugural dinner around the fountain in the English Market was a much-anticipated highlight of the much-anticipated Cork on a Fork festival, and of course Bubble Brothers jumped at the chance to be involved.
We served four wines on the night, to match the locally sourced dishes prepared by the bouquet garni of chefs: Toni Garriga's vintage cava from Mas Codina got things off to a sparkling start, followed by the brisk and lovely Riesling 'Fuchsentanz' from Weingut Diwald in Austria, Domaine Dubost's chilled-out Gamay from Beaujolais-Lantignié and, to finish, the ever-popular, ever-impressive pure Grenache vin doux naturel from Mas Amiel.
John and Rafael, who are stern critics, report that things simply couldn't have gone better. Cheers!
