A voluptuous but not overpowering wine made with a proportion of sun-dried grapes, 'Siccari' is silky-smooth and succulent, with plum and cherry character and irresistible roundness. It's a perfect, full-flavoured partner for meat dishes, and its rich, very slightly off-dry finish and gentle tannins make it ideal with good cheese too.
We've just topped up with our latest arrivals from the Meyer family in Alsace. We've worked with this organically and biodynamically run estate since the beginnings of BB, and their crémant is a particular favourite. Something to celebrate!

Delicate strings of tiny, lively bubbles and aromas of apples, pears, flowers and even a hint of the bakery. The long Alsatian growing season and late harvest ensure an exciting complexity in this blend of regional grapes transformed into bubbly by secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Dry and medium-bodied, the Meyers' Brut has flavours reminiscent of grapefruit, peach and quince with a pinch of spice. It's long and supple in the finish, with suggestions of honey from sip to sip.
