Hundreds of new wines!
Mary Pawle Wines has been bringing organic-only wines to Ireland since 1997—for nearly thirty years—and in that time, Mary and Ivan Pawle have built lasting relationships with committed organic and biodynamic winemakers around Europe, while the benefits of natural and sustainable agriculture have become more and more apparent to producers and consumers alike.
Mary and Ivan have decided it's time to retire, and we are very happy to announce that their entire portfolio is now available through Bubble Brothers.
Adding three hundred or so new wines for purchase online has taken a while—and there's still work to do as we familiarize ourselves with the new arrivals, which include pet-nats and skin contact 'orange' wines as well as reds, whites and bubbles.
As an introduction to the new range, we have put together some mixed cases from popular lines, with three combinations to whet your appetite.

Six wines to give an introduction to the all-organic portfolio of wines chosen and imported by Mary Pawle—now available from Bubble Brothers.
Each half dozen is made up of three reds and three whites, including a very popular pétillant naturel or pet-nat—which is to say an easygoing, gently sparkling wine bottled before its first fermentation was complete.
