Time for a Swift one

Last night I hosted a tasting of some of our wines from the Loire Valley at a small gathering in Cork city, in a room named for Dean Swift. We did our best to muster some polite and ingenious conversation in his honour. I enjoyed meeting a bunch of friendly people, who joined in with a will and weren't afraid to speak their minds, thank goodness.
