The second and third generations of winemakers in the Pinuaga family make organic wines with a sense of place, tending to the selected clones of Tempranillo (Cencibel) planted in the early 1960s. The winery lies south of Madrid and east of Toledo, with thirty hectares of vineyards on a variety of soils.
