Albert Jané wanted the unique experience of making wine and tending vineyards in the Priorat, an area close to, but very different from, Montsant, where he had begun Acústic Celler in 2004. In 2012 he launched Ritme Celler on the outskirts of La Vilella Alta, in an old farm transformed into a five hundred and fifty square metre winery and hundred square metre tasting room.
