Six hundred years after the founding of Feudo Montoni in 1469, wines are made in the same cellars and on the same land, at one of the oldest Sicilian wineries.
At the end of the 1800s the estate was purchased by the Sireci family, now in its third generation with Fabio, who continues—with his wife Melissa—to preserve its values and tradition.
The 150 hectares of property form an uncontaminated oasis in the mountainous centre of the island, isolated from other vineyards by fields of grain and protecting the organically cultivated Montoni vines from genetic contamination.
