A range of AOP and Vin de Pays wines, made with organic certification from Ecocert since 1985, when Floriane and Olivier Azan took over the estate. On their retirement in 2025, the property was purchased by Loire co-operative Cave de Sancerre. An important condition of the sale was that the integrity and values established over the previous forty years be respected and maintained.
