The domaine’s twenty-odd hectares in Sancerre, with a further dozen in Menetou-Salon, are managed by brothers François and Jean-Marie Cherrier and François’s children Delphine and Matthias. A minimal intervention approach extends to biodynamic methods and the use wherever possible of Hector, Delphine’s draught horse.
