The winery lies southwest of Montalcino and is run by Gualtiero, the son of the entrepreneur who bought it in 1957. The estate has about a hundred hectares of vines, organically managed since 2017, on a variety of soils, and the focus on sustainability has extended to the renovation of historic buildings in the village of Camigliano to help promote tourism and preserve the cultural heritage of the area.
