The Market Table - A Zero-Waste Dinner

Once again, we were invited to participate in the hugely successful Cork on a Fork festival, and jumped at the chance to join in with the 2026 celebrations on the afternoon of  Sunday 16 August. 

Working alongside Orla McAndrew and her team, who created, introduced and distributed delicious platefuls made from surplus in keeping with the principles of FoodCloud and zero waste, we served six wine choices:

All concerned declared the event a great success, and looked forward to future gatherings round the English Market fountain.
