A beautiful and unique product, and very much in demand since we introduced it to our list. Serve these natural wild hibiscus flowers as a garnish in sparkling wine to give a quick and easy cocktail. The combination is visually striking, luxurious and makes an ideal aperitif at parties and wedding receptions.
The star-shaped flower bud sits in the bottom of the glass, and as the bubbles stream off the flower gently unfurls. When the liquid has gone you can eat the flower, which has a delicious raspberry and rhubarb flavour and a hint of the wine too.
