Deep purple-red in the glass, this blend of Merlot (48%), Cabernet Sauvignon (35%), Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot has concentrated aromas of red fruits enhanced by notes of toasty oak from its twelve months in barrels from a variety of sources including Château Léoville Barton.
There is ample texture and careful balance that shows off warm, silky tannins without allowing them to dominate the fruit before a softly lingering and complex finish of secondary flavours.
