    Online orders

    For orders placed online, we generally work with Fastway couriers to offer fast and reliable delivery of each carefully packaged consignment. Because nobody likes breakages, we use very strong and secure packaging specially designed to protect wine bottles. 

    Orders received by midday Monday to Thursday are normally dispatched that day for delivery on the following day (there are one or two very remote places, chiefly in West Cork and Kerry, where deliveries take place twice a week. Call us if you're in any doubt).

    Orders received on a Friday will be kept safely on our premises and dispatched on the following Monday.

    The ideal delivery address has someone available to sign for parcels during office hours. This may mean that a work address is a better choice than a home address, as each delivery of our lovely wine needs to be signed for.

    Fastway will do their best to deliver, but in the event of difficulties a reliable telephone number makes all the difference.

    Delivery charges

      • Orders of up to and including twelve bottles: €10
      • Between thirteen and twenty-four bottles: €15
      • Between twenty-five and thirty-six bottles: €20
      • All orders of thirty-seven bottles or more: €25

  • Returns & Replacements

    Faulty bottles

    Wine is a natural product: its variety is what makes it so interesting!

    Sometimes, though, a faulty bottle turns up. It's rare, but it does happen.

    We want you to enjoy the wines you buy from us, and we'd like you to enjoy doing business with us too.

    If you are unlucky enough to receive a bad bottle, please let us know immediately by calling the office on 021 431 6000 and we'll issue a credit in compensation.

  • Broken or damaged deliveries

    Despite our best efforts to wrap and pack securely – there is, from time to time, damage in transit.

    If there's a breakage, Fastway will normally return the whole fragrant mess to us straight away. If, however, the damage isn't apparent until you open the box, we'd still prefer to have the whole parcel collected and send you a replacement as soon as possible.

    We share the normal concerns that everyone has about privacy online and the security of the personal information needed to complete your order. We comply with legal convention and also put into practice the spirit of the law by taking as much care of your personal information as we'd like to think others take of our own.
