Faulty bottles
Wine is a natural product: its variety is what makes it so interesting!
Sometimes, though, a faulty bottle turns up. It's rare, but it does happen.
We want you to enjoy the wines you buy from us, and we'd like you to enjoy doing business with us too.
If you are unlucky enough to receive a bad bottle, please let us know immediately by calling the office on 021 431 6000 and we'll issue a credit in compensation.
Broken or Damaged Deliveries
Despite our best efforts to wrap and pack securely, damage in transit occurs from time to time.
If there's a breakage, our couriers will normally return the whole fragrant mess to us straight away.
If, however, the damage isn't apparent until you open the box, we'd still prefer to have the whole parcel collected. We'll send you a replacement as soon as possible.

La Vieille Ferme, Vin de France rosé magnum 2021
Regular price €34.00Of course it's wonderful to drink rosé in the sunshine, but—if you happen to find yourself on a cloudy day—it's almost like getting a postcard from the south of France to enjoy a glass of this delicately coloured and refreshingly fruity quaffer from La Vieille Ferme.
‘The best vintage yet of the Perrin family’s extraordinarily popular rosé from the southern Rhône valley is an alfresco humdinger. It’s made by the wine wizard Marc Perrin, who also produces the tip-top Provençal pink, Miraval, and has lashings of easy-swigging, elegant red-berried fruit.’

La Vieille Ferme, Vin de France rouge magnum 2020
Regular price €34.00The magnum format is two bottles' worth, so not too big, but it still makes sure there's enough to go round when there are guests.
The La Vieille Ferme range, from the Perrin family who make the celebrated Châteauneuf-du-Papes of Beaucastel, is meant to offer genuine winemaking and an authentic Rhône style at an everyday price, and in our view it succeeds—the whole range is reliable, tasty+ and offers the best of what a wine brand should be.
This is a fruity, medium-bodied red with aromas of red fruits and moreish cherry freshness in the mouth. There's a little tannin for structure, but it's a pleasure wine first and foremost, welcome on any occastion where a dependable, not too big-bodied red is called for.
